This is a 100% onsite role in Cleveland, Ohio.
What you'll be doing
Sell new client agreements by identifying current needs and trendsWork with implementation team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectivesPartner with Client Success to resolve conflicts from clients in a timely mannerBuild strong, long-lasting client relationshipsIdentify actions to improve sales performance and opportunities for growthBuild relationships with existing clients and uncover needs for additional servicesGrow your assigned territory through outbound activity including cold calling, following up on leads, and generating referralsIdentify prospective clients' needs for workforce management softwareSuccessfully complete demo certification for all SaaS products offered
What you'll need
