About the role
GoodRx is looking for a motivated Account Manager to join the Marketing team and report to the Product Marketing Manager. This individual will join a growing team within marketing to continue the development of our lead acquisition and monetization channel. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced team environment focused on supporting members of the sales team and effectively working with marketing operations to deliver key results.
The role will be responsible for managing the team's sales pipeline and post-launch client success. In addition, the role will help support the development of strong relationships with partners, connect with key business executives and stakeholders, and prepare sales reports.
We are seeking a highly communicative, organized, and eager-to-learn individual to help us strengthen the team's growth efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who might want to expand on their account management experience within a product marketing capacity and specialize in the lead acquisition & monetization space.
Responsibilities:
Be the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to sales marketing pipelinePrepare, manage and execute reporting to internal stakeholders and partnersWork cross functionally (e.g., sales, product marketing, operations, and partners) to ensure timely development and delivery of assets, and overall successClearly communicate the progress of partner performanceCollaborate with sales & marketing team to identify and grow opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong, lasting relationships with partnersPrepare end-of-month campaign reporting to accountingIdentify and develop new sales pipeline processesAssist with ad hoc projects and additional assignments as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience as an account manager or relevant role, ideally within healthcare technology, or an advertising agencyHighly detailed and organized self-starter with an aggressive growth mindsetStrong written/verbal communication, excellent relationship management skills, and sharp attention to detailAnalytical problem solver with a strong work ethic who can work independently and collaborativelyA team player with a positive attitude who adapts easily to a fast-paced environmentAbility to apply analytics and data to a value propositionProven track record in supporting a team, creating efficient processes, and taking ownership of new tasks.Proficient with CRM software, MS Office Suite and project management platforms like JIRA or Asana
