For Our Genetic sciences Group we are looking for Account Manager.
Account Manager is Techno commercial Role responsible for promoting and developing GSG business for the Products such as Real time PCR, Sanger sequencer, Next Generation sequencer, Digital PCR and Microarray in assigned territory of Karnataka and Kerala.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Manager is responsible to Achieve or Exceeds sales plan by Maintaining Existing customer Business and Develop New customer in the assigned Territory.Work with technical sales team to establish our products well as per client requirements.Drive sales activity Generate opportunity covering territory assigned in part of Karnataka and Kerala and willing to travel extensively.Develop relationships at the key accounts to build a positive relationship for growing and expanding the business opportunities for Genetic sciences Group.Deliver bookings and revenues on the Annual Sales Plan in line with the Sales budget defined.Be accountable for the commercial performance and growth in the share of wallet of the designated account with product mix performance and innovative solutions.Provide quarterly and monthly prospect pipeline and revenue forecast across all business units.Collaborate with Internal Support Function teams to develop joint initiatives and provide appropriate customer support in order to improve customer allegiance scores.Prioritise regular reviews with Key Accounts.Should handle Channel partners effectively and prior Experience will be preferable.Mapping and reporting of direct and indirect sales in the account.Ensuring the supplies to the account by coordinating with the operations team.
Proficiencies Required:
Educational Qualifications & Experience: Postgraduate preferably in Science / MBA/ Management.Consistent track record in sales and experience with Academic, Pharma/Biopharma and Forensic customer will be Preferred.Sound Knowledge of compliance and process management.Reliable forecasting and modeling capability.Strong communication, presentation, and commercial skills.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skillsIs a self-starter, Go getter and drives actions with passion and serves as a consultant to the target accounts.Implement Account specific strategic plans.Has very strong convincing and influencing skills.
