Job Overview
Account Manager is responsible for revenue growth in each territory by growing the existing customers and developing new customers.
Responsibilities:
Responsible to Drive Strong Financial Targets for assigned Account.Drive Long, Mid & Short-Term Strategy to Grow Account YOY.Accurately Forecasting Business & Activity within the account and manage through SFDC.Develop & Manage a Funnel of Opportunity & Activity Around it. Provide Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Sales Forecast and achieve revenue target. Prepares sales plans to introduce TE products in assigned territory /customer/market. Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.Determine and execute appropriate sales strategies in accordance with the Company's growth plans and ensure attainment of Overall Sales Budget.Understanding Customer products/applications road maps, budgets, procurement processes, etc. and be able to forecast/build opportunities/pipelines with good conversion accuracy.Drive the new design-ins working with TE FAEs and TE Product managers in collaboration with customer design/engineering teams ahead of competition to maximize the bottom line. Ability to submit Tender through SRM Portal, Negotiation & Order Closer.Ensuring timely realization of Order Bookings, Revenue, and Account Receivables by working with Inside Sales/Customer service and Finance teams.Disciplined use of Sales tools like SFDC, IBP other TE forecasting tools.
Candidate Desired Profile:
BE/B Tech - Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics & Communication, Mechatronics, Electronics & Electrical.5-8 years of Experience in sales of Electrical / Electro-Mechanical components or systems.Experience in selling through Direct, Channel / Distribution partners.Having experience in selling connector, relays, passive components, electro-mechanical components.3-5 Years of Experience in handling Defence PSUs in India Like HAL, BEL, DRDO's etc.Experience in meeting the targets in a specified time.Uses his/her time effectively and efficiently.Pursues everything with energy, drive, and a need to finish.Can quickly find common ground and solve problems.Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.Able to influence widely without direct authority.Strong Technical Knowledge to understand customer Need. Confident and assertive and able to defend a point of view.
