  The Account Manager is an integral part of the team and is responsible for driving client happiness and sales support for omnichannel media programs. They support and partner with the sales team throughout the pre- and post-sales process for our premium CPGs (Consumer Packaging Goods). Responsibilities include handling a portfolio of CPG brands alongside a salesperson, ensuring the highest level of process efficiency development and operational management. The position requires strong social skills to lead complex situations and day-to-day communication with a strategic mentality that services the client to the highest levels.

  Recipe for Success - What's "in store" for the role

  Provide elite service to the great local brands by running day to day communication and collaboration with external brands/suppliers and internal cross-functional team membersDevelop and nurture supplier/brand relationships by consulting with advertisers on their key goals, challenges, and growth opportunitiesFacilitating year over year brand performance, in turn retailer growthEstablish and communicate timelines of deliverables and creative production scope (if applicable) with suppliers/brandsDevelop media plan recommendations based on retailer product knowledge, keeping in mind individual brand performance goals and growthHigh-level understanding of performance metrics and analytics to deliver confident feedback to the suppliers/brands, as needed (and as supported by the Analytics team)Run asset collection with suppliersHandle campaign setup within multiple Ad Serving tool(s) and/or communication to Campaign Manager & clients, supervise campaign implementation and ensure trafficking accuracyLead all aspects of billing/invoicing process; confirm billing details with supplier for CRM input, Finance communication and manage any invoice adjustmentsResponsible for all people manager responsibilities of performance management, team development, mentor and hiring of their direct reports
