Job Description What we expect of you, day to day:
Expertly manage commercial relationships with a portfolio of accounts, managing a pipeline of opportunities to achieve and exceed the goals of the business.Drive the identification, forecasting and closing of revenue opportunities and managing churn risks amongst the teamIdentify and implement process improvements within the Account Management team to help with activation, growth, retention and commercialisation.Work closely with the CSM teams to deliver fantastic broker-experience outcomes.Lead by example in working cross-functionally to deliver transformational change, liaising across teams such as customer success, product, finance, operations, compliance and regulatory at the highest levels to help shape market leading products and experiences for our brokers and clients.You will also be able to clearly articulate VXBS-Currencycloud’s services and solutions to customers, as well as educating the customer on their market and how we can support their long-term growth Qualifications Deep knowledge of the deliverable FX market (in the white-label platform space is desirable but not essential)Strong commercial acumen with an acute focus on finding ways to drive revenue growth and mitigate churn risksA customer champion, ensuring their views are represented in the company and driving continual improvement in user satisfactionExperience working through complex challenges collaboratively.5+ years in FX Account Management (desirable)Excellent communication skills are essential for this role Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
