  About GameChanger:

  The Position:

  We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our new Advertising team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, have a passion for advertising, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing client relationships. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective advertising campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

  What You'll Do:

  Serve as the main point of contact between advertisers and internal key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and a deep understanding of client needs.Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, providing clients with detailed reports and actionable insights.Collaborate with clients to refine strategies based on past campaign performance and market feedback.Work closely with client teams to ensure the development of compelling and effective advertising materials that resonate with the GC target audience.Develop strategic advertising plans that address client goals and contribute to their overall business success.

  Who You Are:

  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.3 - 5 years of proven experience as an Advertising Account Manager or in a similar role.Strong understanding of advertising principles, market dynamics, and digital marketing trends.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Proficiency in using advertising and project management tools.Results-driven with a focus on exceeding client expectations.

  The target salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $120,000. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammate pay regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.
