About the Role
Responsible for the commercial relationship with Uber Eats top partners.
Build, develop and implement commercial plans, collaborating with internal multifunctional teams (marketing, operations, support, etcetera) and our commercial partners for the business growth. Making sure the best user experience as a basis.
Constant follow-up with our clients, detecting opportunities that we can capitalize on for the growth of the joint business.
What you'll do
Handle our partner relationship and happiness.Alignment of Uber Eats strategy execution with partners: be the champion in aligning the strategy and speech towards partners, according to UE strategic needs; ensure we are building a balanced relationship both for them but also for Uber Eats.Be a trusted advisor, providing insights, consumer and industry trends, and best practices.Analyze the critical metrics of our partners' business to understand the drivers of growth and expansion.Crafting and developing an account plan in collaboration with the business partner. Ensuring plans for the achievement of objectives.Act as an ambassador of Uber Eats mission, brand, and product and being a problem solver for partners and team.
What you'll need
Customer oriented and finds motivation in working with partners and growing the business together.Partnership and problem solving are key for this role!We need a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.Capable to run analysis and understand data and transform it into relevant insightsKnowledge and P&L managementBusiness manager experience. End to end business management.Ability to influence business partners and internal teams.Commercial experience of more than 4 years.We would love if you have experience as account manager or similar!
