We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our Commercial Lines group in the Blue Bell, PA office. This position will service existing accounts and coordinate account activity as well as evaluate existing coverages and make recommendations as needed.
Specific responsibilities include: Prepare specifications and applications for marketing new and renewal business Prepare client proposals for presentation Bind coverages with carriers, prepare and/or authorize the release of Certificates of Insurance, Accord Binders, and other evidence of coverage Review and audit policies for compliance with internal procedures and in accordance with binders specification Receive, review and forward invoices, endorsements and other documents as necessary May accompany Account Executive on client visits, or participate in Zoom, Teams or other video conferences - as necessary to ensure client satisfaction Apply (basic) proficiency of loss analysis, SIRs, Retrospective Rating/loss sensitive plans on account activity as needed Maintain accurate data in agency management system Please apply to join us if you meet the following requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of commercial lines experience with middle market and/or large accounts 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience Valid Property & Casualty Insurance license Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and carriers Strong presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills Superb attention to detail and strong organization skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with EPIC a plus Ability to travel as needed HUB International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
