Key Responsibilities:
Based on regional objectives to set area sales and allocate resources and budgetsEnsure establishment of monitoring systems correlating potential for business, investment of activities & results achievedWork with territory team to regularly review achievement of area sales against targets and initiate appropriate actions to ensure performance is in line with objectivesLeverage key customer relationships to gain market intelligence on market trends and evolutionMaintain contact and relationship with key accounts/customersDrive customer awareness and demand via continuous education and scientific promotionBe familiar with Zhejiang market and maintain good relationship with key customers
Qualifications:
More than 3 years medical field sales experience, IVD industry experience is preferredBachelor degree or above in medicine or related majorAbility of KOL development and managementProven experience of channel development and managementAbility of academic promotion for clinical customersGood communication & interpersonal skillsSelf motivated, and conflict management and good teamwork spirit
