Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.
Your Responsibilities:
• Managing and controlling all sales activities for his Account. The primary objective is to maximize business opportunities and to ensure that TE is in prime position to grow and develop sales profitability
• Review of customer contracts and coordination with legal and other involved departments
• Delivering all relevant information/data for the internal S&OP process
• Being first point of contact to assure continuous PCN coordination / clarification.
• Accountability for delivering the regional annual growth plans as well as further defining the account specific regional tactic.
• Assessing and qualifying new business opportunities and manage and provide new product streams.
• Developing, implementing and executing plans for advancing the company's products to meet the customer's specific demands.
• Communicating regional results (monthly billing review, monthly rolling F/cast and market project highlights) to Manager
• Identifying application areas where TE does not have a dominating position and define account coverage and product requirements.
• Preparation of financial justifications and presentation, quotations and negotiations of specific projects as well as pricing of existing business with special focus of profitability and contracting with customers.
• Ensuring that TE is perceived as the primary supplier of choice by the customer
What your background should look like:
Commercial and technical background, ideally a joint degree of engineering and business administration (industrial/ commercial engineer)Proven experience in various technical sales assignments Ability to work in a fast-paced, international matrix organisationStrong problem solving, strategic and tactical thinking, and analytical skills Ability to form successful working relationships quickly at all levels Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsFluent in English both written and spokenBasic knowledge of SAPKnowledge of LeanPD Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package Car driving license necessary. Position requires flexibility in regard to travelling.
