In this role the incumbent will: Develop, lead, and execute sales plans to profitably grow sales within assigned territory of accounts which may include retailers, distributors, international, eCommerce and/or specialty customers under the guidance of Sales leadership Develop sales strategies and tactics to develop relationships and business with new accounts in consultation and through mentorship from other Sales team members Leverage our brands, product mix and omni-channels to improve profitability and meet customer and company financial targets Actively arrange and facilitate customer calls as needed to solidify and develop the business in all customers Manage limited account specific support programs (i.e., rebates, co-op) As part of a cross functional team, actively assist in the development of annual strategy, business objectives and financial plans Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management presentations to communicate progress versus plans Click here for more details. Qualifications + Experience: We seek applicants with these critical skills and experience: High school diploma, advanced education in business related degree preferred At least 1 year experience in sales capacity, preferred experience in B2B and or retail or telesales Ability to travel domestically periodically based on customer requests and tradeshow schedule Strengths in prioritizing, organizing and follow-through Strong open communicator, excellent communication skills (oral, written, listening, presenting, influencing) both internally and externally Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and exceptional drive for results Developing financial acumen and P&L management Ability to lead, inform and work with a highly team-oriented environment, a team player High integrity and a personal sense of commitment to excellence; treats others with respect and ensures adherence to quality standards and ethical business practices Proficient with Microsoft Office products and ability to quickly become proficient in APL's technology systems Ability to work with a diverse team The Company - Why APL: Founded in 1975, Apothecary Products, LLC is a consumer products company focused on making life better for our consumers and the people that they care for.
