Job Overview
As an Account Manager, you will develop sales on the customer portfolio entrusted to you for all Aerospace, Defense and Marine (AD&M) product ranges. On a day-to-day basis, you will monitor and support customers, mainly based in the Paris region and Western France, in compliance with the rules defined by the division's sales management and TE Connectivity's ethical values.
Responsibilities
- Be your customers' main contact, both for contracts already signed and for development opportunities,
- Act as an intermediary between your customers and other Group functions (quality, logistics, finance, etc.),
- Have a thorough knowledge of your customers' programs, to ensure the implementation of TE solutions,
- You must also be familiar with competitors in your sector, and be able to keep an eye on the competition.
What your background should look like:
- With a technical background, such as a mechanical, electrical or electronics engineering school, or a business school with a strong aptitude for selling technical products, you have a minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a comparable position, ideally in a company or service provider working in the aeronautics, defense, nuclear and space sectors.
- You speak fluent French, so you're perfectly at ease with our main customers' contacts based in France. You are fluent in written and spoken English, enabling you to communicate within the Group in Europe and worldwide. You are comfortable working with office automation tools and the Office pack.
- You have a driving license.
- You will be based in the Paris region or in the North-West to be as close as possible to your customers, and you will be able to travel within France as necessary.
