Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience with sales and relationship management in the technology industry in a SaaS or cloud environment.
Experience managing internal and client-facing projects, and working with engineering teams, sales, and partners.
Ability to communicate in English, Portuguese, and Spanish fluently.
Preferred qualifications: Experience selling productivity software solutions.
Experience translating analysis and insights into actionable business plans. Experience executing email campaigns through marketing automation and CRM tools. Experience with and passion for Google Workspace and Google Cloud solutions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines. Excellent organizational and project management skills.

In this role, you'll bring Google's portfolio into Small and Medium Business (SMB) companies around the world. You will help to ensure that customers get a tailored experience, from initial contact to full on-boarding with Google Workspace. You will also work closely with Google's SMB Account Management team to ensure that existing customers are optimizing Google's suite of products.

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of existing Google Workspace customers to maintain and grow their existing business. Work with reseller partners to generate business opportunities within their customer base. Identify opportunities to advocate for other products (e.g. Google Cloud Platform). Share customer feedback with Product and Marketing to improve the overall customer experience.
