Make a Difference
The Community Hospice Account Executive will be responsible for development of new business opportunities through the sales of the hospice service line. The primary responsibilities include selling hospice services to target accounts, cold calling, and attending promotional events. This role is responsible to maintain selling skills under the guidance and direction of sales leadership.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related health care field required.
· Two (2) years of sales experience in healthcare setting, in a customer service and/or direct sales position required.
· Previous experience with Epic EMR strongly preferred.
· Ability to communicate effectively through public speaking, power point, dashboards, visualizations, and/or other presentations formats.
· Develops a clear, realistic, and actionable vision, and provide a results-oriented strategy.
· Strong communication skills.
· Ability to build relationships, selling services and developing business opportunities.
· Must be able to travel between locations.
