About Account Executive - Boost Mobile (Chicago)

  Job Duties and Responsibilities

  The Account Executive will manage performance across a territory of Boost Mobile stores. You will work and consult with retail store owners on their business and ensure compliance at all store types throughout the assigned territory. You will manage projects and teams and provide coaching and sales training to front line sales teams. You will get to build relationships throughout your territory with external partners, internal team and vendor partners to help drive performance, and you'll serve as the primary point of contact for questions and issues at retail stores. This role includes a company vehicle.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Visit retail store locations and provide coaching, training via role plays and side by side selling with sales representativesInspecting and driving marketing campaigns at retail storesMaking daily calls to stores to help drive performanceReceiving calls as first point of contact to help resolve customer escalationsMaintaining and driving accountability of Boost brand standards in all stores in territoryUsing local knowledge and real estate contacts to identify new retail points of distributionCommunication with store owners driving their business sales performanceImplementing plans to exceed sales quota across territoryMaintaining an expert level of product knowledge for all Boost products and servicesSkills, Experience and Requirements

  Education and/or Experience:

  Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post-high school4+ years of sales and/or account management experience3+ years of training, relationship development, planning, or business management1+ years selling wireless products or servicesSkills and Qualifications:

  Must have a valid driver's license, three years of active driving history, completed driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with DISH's Driver Safety Policy and guidelinesContract or vendor relationship experienceMust adapt well to change and enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environmentBe available to quickly formulate and provide solutions for escalations that arise during retail business hoursExhibit excellent time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously Ability to provide sales and marketing counseling to owners and sales representatives Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to work well individually and as a member of a teamPotential Total Compensation, Commission Plus Base: $70,000 - $80,000

  The range above includes commission potential of $20,000 at 100% of hitting performance goals

  Salary Range

  Compensation: $57,400.00/Year - $82,000.00/Year

  The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total

  compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.

  This will be posted for a minimum of 3 days or until the position is filled.
