  CVS Media Exchange is hiring a Senior Manager, Client Financial Operations who will report to the Lead Director, Revenue Operations.

  CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS's in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.

  The Account Coordinator will work alongside the Account Managers on the Beauty/Personal Care Pod as a key contributor to the development and expansion of the account management team. This individual will provide the highest level of support on pre-sale planning and post-sale campaign execution responsibilities. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong digital and technology experience to help drive this growth engine. This role is customer-oriented, requires excellent communication skills, numerical analysis, strong organization, project management and ability to multi-task.

  Chicago, IL

  Blue Bell, PA

   Required: 1 + year experience in Sales, Retail Marketing, Media or related field1 + year experience using Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Salesforce1 + year experience driving retention and growth for clients Preferred: Demonstrated analytical thinking skills: Ability to digest data and make recommendationsProblem solver: doesn't wait for someone else to give the answer; takes charge and feels ownershipOrganized: ability to prioritize and deliver timely work; best in class project management skillsFlexible: dynamic, hard-working, and able to pivot direction quickly to keep up with business demandsA great communicator: strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable in engaging conversation with any leveleRetail, eCommerce, or experience in a retail media network is a plusIntellectual curiosityEducationBachelor's degree or High School Diploma and at least 4 years of equivalent industry experience(Preferred in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field)

  Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $46,900.00 - $115,100.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
