If yes, then Information Security has an exciting opportunity for you. We are building a new team to take Intel to the Next Gen Access Governance era. We are seeking two positions with this job description to help enhance security and streamline access control to support Intel’s strategy to adapt to the changing landscape of the semiconductor industry where there is a growing need for more advanced and specialized chip manufacturing capabilities.
One, we are looking for an Information Security Analyst the will be help develop an access governance framework, ensuring compliance, and addressing security standards throughout the access lifecycle in partnership with the business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical and business acumen, be proactive, analytical, and have strong communication skills to align business requirements with security policies.
We are also looking for an Automation Engineer to develop integrations with our identity governance and administration tools, monitoring, troubleshooting, and more. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical acumen, be proactive, a strong team player, and have strong communication skills to align technical needs with business requirements.
Responsibilities:
For the Information Security Analyst position:
Analyze and evaluate current identity governance and administration processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop and maintain IGA policies, procedures, and controls in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Assist in the design and implementation of role-based access controls (RBAC) for key Intel initiatives.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for identity and access management processes.
Conduct regular audits to ensure we are in compliance with governance and regulatory policies.
Configure and customize Identity Governance and Administration tools and systems to meet business requirements.
For the Automation Engineer position:
Design and develop automation workflows, scripts, and tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency and security in our identity and access management tools and processes.
Integrate automation solutions with existing identity governance and administration systems, such as SailPoint or Saviynt.
Conduct testing and validation of automation solutions to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance.
Monitor and support automation solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.
Integrate IGA solutions with existing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that identity management is seamlessly incorporated into the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications for Information Security Analyst:
The candidate must have 3+ years of relevant work experience -OR- a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science, Information technology, or related field, and 2+ years of experience.
2+ years working with information security related tools, including experience with IGA tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar.
Minimum Qualifications for Automation Engineer:
The candidate must have 2+ years of relevant work experience -OR- a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science, Information technology, or related field, and 1+ years of experience.
1+ years developing automation
Preferred Experience for both positions:
Proven experience (1+ years) in identity governance and administration, including experience with IGA tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar.
Solid understanding of regulatory requirements related to identity access management (i.e., SOX, GDPR)
Experience with Agile methodologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA)
Preferred Experience for Information Security Analyst:
Experience with reporting capabilities.
Experience with working with a diverse set of stakeholders to gather needs and develop working requirements
Preferred Experience for Automation Engineer:
Strong experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, Washington DC, California: $52,000.00-$200,000.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
