  Job Summary

  The Sales, Services and Support (S3) Academy is designed or entry-level talent. It includes a robust 90 day training, business integration support, and other tailored programs to promote professional development and community. During this training, Academy Participants gain the foundational knowledge needed to have a basic understanding of the Storage Industry, NetApp, and products and solutions. Additionally, they effectively develop transferable soft skills that will allow them to excel within the organization and in their long- term careers.

  As a Services Associate in the S3 Academy at NetApp, your goal is to learn the innerworkings of the Professional Services organization. A wide variety of roles are essential to ensure the NetApp Services is the standard of excellence:

  Services Sales Associate - has the pre-sales responsibility for opportunity qualification, assessments, scoping, and sizing which requires excellent communication skills to become the point of contact for the customer.

  Professional Services Resident - expected to collaborate with the PS team to assist NetApp customers through on-site support and consulting services.

  Professional Services Engineer/Consultant - meet the requirements of Enterprise clients by providing and deploying technical architectures that deliver the highest value add on NetApp solutions.

  Project Manager - hands-on individual with a combination of business and technical leadership skills. Responsible for planning, scheduling, tracking, and supervising the delivery of a wide range of projects

  Product Manager - evaluates business opportunities to define and optimize the product portfolio through analysis and understanding of targeted markets, market trends, new technology, customer business issues, and the competitive market.

  Job Requirements and Responsibilities

  Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal relationship-building skillsAbility to problem solve and critically analyze situationsIdentify and influence the continuous improvement of key business processes resulting in improved customer experience.Work closely with the sales team to present solutions to customers' unique requirements.Develop a support and professional services plan as a part of the overall account plan to meet NetApp's professional services objectivesPosition and deliver company-marketed solution sets and other custom consultingWork collaboratively with other engineers and managers in a team environment to meet aggressive goals and high-quality standardsManage a variety of projects to time, budget, quality, and contracted deliverablesOpen-minded and positive attitudeWillingness to learn and adapt to changing environments

  Experience

  No industry-relevant experience is required for this position. Candidates who have acquired basic knowledge or skills through education, internships or relevant coursework will be considered.

  USA Residents Only:

  The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $86,310 - $118,701. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's).
