Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a 767 ALIT Technical Integrator (Engineer) to provide operational oversight, integration, and leadership of our engineering products as part of our Airplane Integration Office in Everett, WA.
The 767 Airplane Level Integration Team (ALIT) is responsible for enabling the effective and efficient delivery of 767-300F and -2C airplanes, working across the programs to identify issues and risks, and leveraging the might of cross-functional engineering teams to mitigate the consequences or likelihood of the impacts of the potential disruption. As a Technical Integrator, you will have both recurring program focal roles assigned and specific projects to lead. You will be analyzing technical and process data from different disciplines, determining what that data means, and communicating to teams and leads in and outside the program. You work will impact our ability to deliver airplanes.
The role can have a high level of visibility to leadership and large impact on the program’s success due to the complexity or timeline of the changes. Successful candidates will be organized, flexible, and able to work through difficult timelines to accomplish a goal. They will need to be skilled in working with diverse groups and in the principles of Working Together, especially in their ability to Enjoy the Journey and Each Other.
For this role, we are looking for an Experienced engineer, with the ability to lead, serve, and act independently, engaging working level team members, while regularly communicating with program leaders. Individuals in this role can expect to continue their development into a Program Integration Manager (PIM)
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Everett, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
Collaborates with teams in the development, analysis, and management and compliance verification of process and product baselines of complex products.
Defines, plans, coordinates and conducts product and subsystem level technical design reviews and audits for new and derivative products.
Analyzes engineering plan performance to identify Risks, Issues, and Opportunities (RIO).
Contributes to the development and implementation of 767 Engineering RIO processes and tools.
Monitors performance of team RIO management plans, communicates downstream impacts of performance, and seeks upstream mitigations.
Coordinates the integration of product elements and analyzes & resolves issues with engineering product structure.
Develops, integrates and implements engineering technical program plans including impacts, risks and incorporation of lessons learned spanning multiple engineering functions.
Works under general direction.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering discipline.
5+ years of engineering experience.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Including MS Project).
Experience in Boeing Opportunity, Risk and Issue System (BORIS)
Typical Education/Experience:
Experienced (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Summary Pay Range Experienced Level 3 : $96,050-$129,950
