What You Will Learn:
You’ll join the Eye team of the biggest makeup brand in the world where you’ll learn everything about Global Marketing and Product development:
Collect insights for the Eye category including consumer, market, competitor and influencer data to influence growth strategies for the category
Keep up-to-date on the latest products, trends, advertising, and insights across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, WGSN etc.)
Gather feedback from Zones and key markets (United Kingdom, Germany, USA etc.) to inform and support creation of product concepts and creative briefs
Propose need gaps based on analysis of competitive landscape and trends that align with the brand identity
Generate ideas and write creative concepts for new products
Support with meeting preparation including strategic slides
Create strong partnerships with cross-functional partners through regular catch-up meetings and emails
Create Magellan briefs, Compass codes and Cosmo codes for new product innovation
Open/manage vendor purchase orders and team budget
Organize and ship out product samples to key partners within organization – competitor samples, formula submissions, product mock-ups, etc.
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
Recent graduate (within 12 months) of a BA degree or MA degree with no gap more than 5 months in education history ideally specialized in Marketing
The ideal candidate should have previous cosmetic/beauty marketing experiences (not mandatory) within a group or an agency
Legally authorized to work in the US on a fulltime, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Creative visionaries and strategic thinkers with a strong sense of aesthetics
Resilient: able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Passionate about by trends, new products, and advertising
Organizational skills: ability to self-manage projects, track and meet important timings/milestones
Analytical mindset: feels confident about working with numbers and data (Excel)

Salary Range: $28.50/h
