　　Production Overview:

　　Our Extrusion Production team members are cross trained in multiple areas: Press Operator, Die Setter, Stretcher Operator, Saw Operator and Saw Tail. Our Extrusion Production crew works together as a team to produce quality product at the maximum rate and on time per the sales orders.Our Extrusion Production team wears required PPE: safety glasses, steel toe shoes, heat resistant gloves and sleeves, ear plugs and hard hats. Our team works safely to ensure that employees do not incur bodily harm. Our team uses care and respect to ensure that tooling, equipment and/or property is not damaged. Our team works together to keep the extrusion area clean.

　　Position Requirements:Must be 18 years old or 17 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or high school certificate.Must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours.Must be able to bend easily at the waist.Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds regularly throughout shift.Must be able to read a tape measure accurately.Must be able to read work instructions.Must be able to demonstrate basic math skills.Must have basic computer skills.Must be able to use small hand tools, including hammers, screw drivers, etc.Must be able to read micrometers and calipers.

　　Preferred experience:One or more years of manufacturing experience.Demonstrated 5S and Lean practice.
