Consumer, Small & Business Banking (CSBB) : serves consumer, small, and business banking customers through digital channels, numerous retail branches, ATMs, and customer service centers. You will join a high-impact team delivering key product capabilities and strategic insights for one of the top banks in the world. You will also help develop innovative solutions to complex problems and drive value for our consumer and business banking customers.
Program Overview:
Wells Fargo is committed to developing the leaders of tomorrow, and as part of that commitment we are proud to offer the CSBB Analyst Program. You will begin your analyst program experience with a robust orientation and training experience, and then launch into your first of multiple rotations. During your time as a CSBB analyst, your experience will anchor in one of the following areas: customer excellence/experience, product strategy, business analysis, solutions delivery, brand strategy, and data and analytics. You will have dedicated program management support, and an opportunity to learn and apply critical thinking skills. This program is designed to provide undergraduate students a blend of business and professional development training opportunities that incorporate real-world experiences to launch your career at Wells Fargo.
