  Job Description

  The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research & DevelopmentDivision can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

  This summer intern position is tailored to support Our Company's oncology product portfolio. The intern will gain exposure to the activities of Global Medical & Scientific Affairs and the Center for Observational and Real-World Evidence as they work on a special project under the direction of a Lead Project Manager. Special projects may include scientific congress planning, health technology assessment submission, medical education event management, coordination of strategic plan development, or other priority initiatives for the team.   * Note: This position is located in Rahway, NJ or North Wales, PA based on candidate preference.

  Education:

  Candidates must be currently pursuing a Masters' or PhD in a related field (i.e. business administration, health policy, medicine, outcomes research, pharmacy, project management, or public health)Candidates must have completed at least one (1) year of study by June of 2024

  Required Experience and Skills:

  Candidate must be able to commit to full-time hybrid employment for 10 - 12 weeks beginning June 2024

  Preferred Experience and Skills:

  Candidates should have research experience and/or interest in oncologyCandidates should have experience leading large complex multi-stakeholder projectsCandidates should have experience and/or interest in medical affairs, outcomes research, or health policyCandidates should be self-motivated, flexible, resourceful, problem-solver with a passion for scienceCandidates should have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to work with scientific teams

  Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.

  Expected salary range:

  $39,600.00-$105,500.00
