  Job Description

  The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Human Health Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

  Under the guidance of the Digital Analytics Lead, this role will learn what industry-leading digital analytics offering is and what user experience on each vendor's platform is. In addition, this role will be responsible for identifying analytics opportunities and data gaps for digital analytics and transformation team. Your contribution will be critical to the HCP (Health Care Professional) omnichannel marketing success.

  Primary Responsibilities:

  Candidates must be able to commit to full-time onsite (or hybrid if applicable) employment for 10 - 12 weeks beginning June 2024Work closely with Digital or Campaign Analytics Leads to understand the most recent digital analytics offerings in pharmaceutical industry and what existing digital analytics capabilities areAssess the gap and identify digital analytics opportunities for the teamReview digital media vendors' products and understand media metrics and relevant data points provided by different vendorsGain a good understanding of our company's database and BI systems, "connecting the dots" between success metrics and relevant data pointsProvide a summary document demonstrating the data gaps and provide requirements to data strategy teamWork collaboratively with the offshore analytics team who is responsible for vendor data mapping as needed to enhance the data capture

  Required Education & Experience:

  Candidates must have enrollment in either a bachelor's or master's degree program required in any discipline with strong record of academic success in quantitative and analytic coursework such as operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics, econometrics, or engineeringCandidates must have high motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiativeCandidates must be fluent in SQL and Excel or have the ability to learn quickly on the job, as neededCandidates must have strong communication and presentation skillsCandidates must have strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindsetCandidates must have a positive attitude, professional, courteous demeanor, strong work ethic and ability to collaborate in a constructive manner with others, in a dynamic working environmentCandidates must have an aptitude for, and enjoyment of, working in teams

  Preferred Experience & Skills:

  Candidates should have a strong understanding of digital metrics especially in digital media channels and customer marketing

  Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.

  Expected salary range:

  $39,600.00 - $105,500.00

  U.S. Hybrid Work Model

  Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.
