We are the team that enables Adobe Technology Services (ATS) to run as an efficient organization. In Business Operations, we craft, implement, and govern our investment processes and strategies.
As Business Operations Strategy Analyst supporting ATS's BizOps team, your information systems knowledge and interpersonal skills will help you engage multi-functional teams to understand and implement appropriate processes that enable ATS to meet our financial targets and organizational strategies.
What You'll Do
Research (feasibility, market, industry, competitor etc..) and provide thought leadershipPartner with engineering teams to implement business solutions and validate the product against requirements.Prepare documentation for improvements and customization, deliver training and leadership to super-users and peersImplement process improvements and automations to optimize delivery, operational and support processesRegularly interact with business partners to communicate the project portfolio, technology roadmap, and planning on future business objectives.Bridge the gap between key business objectives and technical capabilities by providing fully coordinated solutions in partnership with the businessConstruct financial models and analyses to support critical initiative decision-makingPerform ad-hoc project-based work, including reporting and analyses as requiredLead by challenging status quo and innovating / bringing fresh ideas - find opportunities to continually improve, simplify, scale processes. Call out gaps and go solve them with a tiger team. Look for ways to automate processes or bring standardization across teams to drive improved results and address opportunities
What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics; or equivalent experience required0-1+ years of experience in specific skill/field(s)Hands-on experience with SQL Platforms (MySQl, PostGres, Teradata, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, etc.)Experience working on JIRA Portfolio & JIRA Software 7.6+Experience with Python, R, or any other scripting language is preferred.Strong ability with Excel, pivot tables, data modeling, metrics and PowerPointAbility to understand business requirements, strategy, goals and processes, and translate them into functional/system specifications.Ability to work independently, to mentor new and junior members of the team, and participate effectively in global teams.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $53,900 -- $103,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
