The Opportunity
Legal
Responsible for identifying and researching Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) laws and regulations that are important to Adobe's Legal Compliance. Present to Compliance Management the real-time changes, updates, and risks on the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other select countries' ABAC laws/acts and perform gap analysis as applicable.
Responsible for providing ABAC guidance, initially focused on third party ABAC research and developing recommendations for Adobe's Third-Party screening Programs. Assist Compliance by reviewing ABAC risk matrices, content of training, communications, questionnaires to Third Parties and other outward facing components of the Third Parties Due Diligence Program.
Become the point of contact for ABAC terms, clauses, templates, and negotiations required for Adobe third parties. This includes Sales, Partner, and other Third Party contracts and Real Estate agreements).With supervision, review proposed third party contracts and templates, identify gaps/improvements, provide suggested text and obtain approval from Compliance Management and required lawyers. Annually, review existing Adobe third-party contract templates to ensure anti-corruption terms are current.
Program
Continue to be a key member of the Conflict-of-Interest program including processing of questionnaires for new-hire candidates as well as for existing employees, processing submissions in the Annual COI program, and responding to issues and questions raised by the disclosures.
Actively conduct the annual review of each Compliance Program's Standard Operating Procedures including Vendor, Conflicts of Interest, Gifts and Hospitality, Corporate Policies, Healthcare Compliance. Ensure each Program Manager provides critical content updates following the review.
Write clear and simple compliance documents such as procedures, guidelines, tutorials to document and explain the legal compliance topic for a variety of compliance programs.
Provide anti-corruption compliance training to employees and partners.
Collaborate in the Corporate Policies update process as needed and act as the backup to the lead.
Be familiar with Legal Compliance processes/tools to perform as a backup when needed.
What You Need to Succeed

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $87,900 -- $191,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
