The Opportunity
The Digital Experience (DX) Marketing Measurement and Operations (MM&O) team is looking for a results-oriented, data-driven Analyst to accelerate our fast-growing business and team. DX is an exciting, constantly evolving space that needs your skillset to drive marketing insights and generate long-term value for Adobe and its customers. We are passionate about diving deep into the data and building solutions to help our partners scale across Marketing, Sales, and Finance. In this role, you are tasked with analyzing data, implementing new initiatives, and communicating insights to drive marketing effectiveness and planning.
What You'll Do
Support marketing impact analysis, produce accurate business and marketing KPI reporting
Support measurement initiatives across all marketing channels
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and collect inputs, and provide marketing budget recommendations to global leaders
Automate data and processes for scalable reporting
Respond quickly to requests, work together to identify marketing problems, and communicate regularly with the extended team.
What You Need to Succeed
Currently enrolled full-time and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a field related to data and analytics, such as business, marketing, statistics, math, science, operations, engineering, or equivalent field graduating between December 2023 - June 2024
2 years of experience in data analysis and Excel
Experience in SQL and R or other data manipulation tools is preferred
Ability to operate in a dynamic environment
Hardworking and willing to learn more with a growth approach
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
High standard of accuracy with attention to detail and ability to spot trends and patterns
Well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and lead time effectively
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $48,100 -- $98,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
