   About Walmart+

  Walmart+ is a membership program that brings together valuable in-store and digital benefits like no other retailer can. Our mission is simple to save our members time and money on their everyday essentials, plus so much more. For us, that means giving them access to a lot of great benefits like free delivery from store, free shipping with no minimum order, a Paramount+ Essential subscription, mobile Scan & Go, member pricing on fuel, ability to earn Walmart Cash on Expedia travel, and early access to deals.

  We are looking for a talented MBA Intern to lead initiatives that will define growth strategies for Walmart+ and drive continuous growth of the program. The ideal candidate is someone who can combine a member-first mindset with a bias for action to quickly drive results for our members and for the business. This individual must be a team player and must be able to collaborate with and influence partners across the organization.

   What you'll do...

  Identify, define, scope, and prioritize strategic areas of research to inform businesses cases and decision makingCollaborate with insights, analytics, data science, finance, etc. stakeholders to formulate upstream strategic views and recommendationsCollaborate with business, marketing, product, operations, etc. stakeholders to inform strategic approaches, tests design, roadmap, success metrics, and reportingDevelop deep understanding of customer cohorts, motivation, and needs to support value proposition development and new benefit design Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open-Door Policy

  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 6 years experience in strategy, biz ops, data analytics, consulting, or related field Current MBA student with 2025 expected graduation

  Experience in:

  You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment.   Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

  The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$124,000.00

  Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

  Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

  - Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

  - Stock equity incentives
