Protective Summer Intern Program Overview
Are you driven to succeed and willing to be flexible in order to grow? Are you looking for the opportunity to utilize your classroom knowledge in a hands-on, business setting? Do you seek opportunities to develop and learn new skills? If your answer to these questions is “yes,” then you could be a fit for Protective’s Summer Internship Program! Our Internship Program is a 10-week program that provides high-performing college students with paid, hands-on experience, mentoring and insight into our business operations. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute solutions to real business problems. In addition to gaining meaningful work experience, interns will have the opportunity to participate in various community and professional development events. The Protective Summer Internship program begins in late-May. Internships are available at our corporate office in Birmingham, AL
Majors/Concentrations: Data Analytics
Minimum GPA: 3.0

The data internship provides early career talent with an opportunity to sharpen their technical,
and business skills by working and learning experience across data teams at Protective. The
intern will learn about:
• Culture/terminology
• Receive structure training/on-demand learning opportunities.
• Training with different teams/mentor
