What you can expect in this role
As a Spectrum Intern, you'll be essential to two teams - your respective department and your Intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 29, webinars, community service, cross-functional project, and final presentations.
Internship responsibilities may include:
Become deeply familiar with product to effectively analyze and assess customer needs while balancing stakeholder requests Work with developers to ensure new features are created according to market requirements Conduct competitive analysis Manage releases communications and collect stakeholder feedback and use to shape the product Be able to generate ideas and value on your own or in a group Establish, then utilize working relationships with engineers, architects, and design Learn how to effectively work under pressure and as part of a team

Required qualifications
Must be enrolled in an accredited College or University graduating with a bachelor's degree between December 2024 - May 2025Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current programAbility to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the programAuthorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for Charter Sponsorship

The pay for this position has a salary range of $22.00 to $25.20. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
