  Information TechnologyThis is a learning-intensive program designed to give you essential businessinsights and hands-on experience in your field of choice. It's afull-time, 10-week commitment from May 29, 2024, through August 2, 2024.Benefits include professional development sessions, networkingopportunities, and mentorship.

  What you can expect in this roleAs a Spectrum Intern, you'll be essential to two teams - your respectivedepartment and your Intern peer group. Department and team-focused projectsaccount for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% onprofessional development sessions and networking activities, including theKickoff Conference on May 29, webinars, community service,cross-functional project, and final presentations.

  Internship responsibilities may include:Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programmingapplications. Supports and/or installs software applications/operatingsystems. Participates in the testing process through test review andanalysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Familiar with avariety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies onexperience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety ofcomplicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

  Here's what it takes to get startedRequired qualificationsMust be enrolled in an accredited College or University graduating with abachelor's degree between December 2024 - May 2025Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current programAbility to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activitiesthroughout the programAuthorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for CharterSponsorship
