What you can expect in this roleAs a Spectrum Intern, you'll be essential to two teams - your respectivedepartment and your Intern peer group. Department and team-focused projectsaccount for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% onprofessional development sessions and networking activities, including theKickoff Conference on May 29, webinars, community service,cross-functional project, and final presentations.
Internship responsibilities may include:Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programmingapplications. Supports and/or installs software applications/operatingsystems. Participates in the testing process through test review andanalysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Familiar with avariety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies onexperience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety ofcomplicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
