　　What you can expect in this role

　　As a Spectrum Intern, you'll be essential to two teams - your respective department and your Intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 29th, webinars, community service, cross-functional project, and final presentations.

　　Internship responsibilities may include

　　The OE/LD Summer Intern will get exposure to various aspects related to working in a Center of Excellence (COE) in a decentralized, large corporation. This intern will work on a variety of Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership initiatives such as:

　　Practical, hands-on experience understanding employee experience through our quantitative employee survey practice (annual engagement surveys & lifecycle surveys) and get practical, hands-on experience understanding employee experience.Perform data analytics and assessment on our internal mentoring program.Support the enterprise-wide transition for our Talent Systems to a new technology platform.

　　Required qualifications

　　Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a Advanced DegreeMust have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current programAbility to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the programAuthorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorshipMicrosoft Office Applications (particularly Excel, PPT). Basic understanding of Statistics
