What you can expect in this role
As a Spectrum Intern, you'll be essential to two teams - your respective department and your Intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 29th, webinars, community service, cross-functional project, and final presentations.
Internship responsibilities may include
Position will engage in hands-on efforts to support Corporate Learning Solutions various program management and development initiatives, including: Excel at Talent Acquisition, Excel at HR, Excel at Facilitation, Third Party Content and Learning Programs. Support includes developing marketing and communication strategies consistent with a strong learning and development brand that promotes the value of the learning programs, facilitates a strong working relationship with our constituency, attracts learners to the appropriate solutions. Strategies for individual programs should reflect a consistent Corporate Learning Solutions brand and experience.

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a Advanced DegreeMust have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current programAbility to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the programAuthorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
