The Opportunity
As a Product Manager Intern within our ATS Product Management CoE, you'll support to our mission to "Empower Product Managers with the skills to deliver exceptional solutions that delight users and scale our business" You'll immerse yourself in our culture of championing a vibrant Community of Practice, promoting shared learning, collaboration, and innovation.
Must include for ALL NA Interns: All 2024 Adobe interns will be 'co-located hybrid. This means that interns will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but in-office schedules will be flexible and determined by team. All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed.

Support the development of product management roles and responsibilities, ensuring a common language and framework for enhanced cross-functional collaboration.
creating a comprehensive collection of standards for product management.
Assist in developing structured learning pathways for product management skill enhancement.
Participate in fostering a product-led approach within the team.
Engage in projects that support the CoE's objectives of smooth operations and consistent delivery.
What You Need to Succeed
Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a master degree in Business or Engineering; or equivalent degree required
3-5 of years of experience in specific Engineering or Business
Ability to participate in a full time internship between May-September

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $45.00 -- $55.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
