The Opportunity
As a People Operations MBA Intern at Digital Media WW Field Sales & Customer Experience, you will play a crucial role in supporting and contributing to the overall success of the Best Team on the Planet, operations, and people management functions. This internship is designed for individuals currently pursuing a BS with a focus on business, operations, human resources, organizational behavior, or related fields. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of people operations within a dynamic and fast-paced software sales environment.
What You'll Do
People Process and Engagement Optimization - analyze and evaluate current people process (global community, strong leadership, team health and career growth) to identify areas to amplify outcomes & streamline operational processes.Data Analysis and Reporting - collect and analyze employee engagement, internal mobility, skills inventory to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.Career Growth Enablement - assist in the development and enhancement of career guides, mapping, tool kits and materials by working closely with sales, customer & employee experience, and workplace technology teams to test, develop, roll out the necessary tools and resources for success. Contribution to the creation of career guide, internal mobility playbooks and collateral to support the sales and customer experience teams.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree and graduating between December 2024 - June 2025, ideally with a focus in business, organizational behavior, talent development, operations, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to synthesize and structure strategic issues in a concise way.Ability, passion, and drive to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Relentless, creative approach in clearing obstacles; innovation around solutions; perseverance to fast-fail and see it through success.Passion for storytelling with data and finding opportunities for data-driven improvements.Passion for how things work and structure within an ambiguous environment.Distinctive ability to encourage and influence in a matrix.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
