The Opportunity
Adobe's Legal Compliance department is excited to invite one part-time Intern between May 2024 - September 2024. Actual start and end dates can be discussed.
What is Adobe's position on location and being at the office? All 2024 Adobe Interns will be 'co-located hybrid', meaning that they will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but actual in-office schedules will be flexible such as 2-3 days per week. All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office, so they can be on-site as needed. The location for this internship position is at Adobe's headquarters in San Jose, California.
This internship will provide an in-depth view of Adobe's anti-bribery and anti-corruption programs. As part of Adobe's Legal Compliance team, the Intern will learn hands-on experience in a wide variety of Compliance projects. As a global company, Adobe's worldwide compliance programs will provide the Intern a wide perspective. The Intern will be exposed to topics such as Conflicts of Interest (COI), Gifts & Hospitality (G&H), third party contracts and due diligence screening, metrics preparation and presentation, ethics and compliance corporate policies, investigation processes and the role compliance plays, how to analyze risk, how to mitigate risk, and an opportunity to become proficient in the online tools used in compliance programs.
What You'll Do
Conduct review of compliance program data and operational dashboards. Identify patterns, trends, and omissions from the data. Create
& implement data and dashboard improvements;
Work with each compliance program lead in creating the quarterly executive compliance metrics dashboards. Review, improve, and create metric data key takeaways. Learn how to build dashboards in Power BI;
Assist with managing Adobe's Conflict of Interest questionnaire for new-hire candidates as well as for existing employees, responding to issues and questions raised by the disclosures;
Review and reconcile expense reports with government pre-approvals in the Gifts and Hospitality disclosure tool;
Collaborate in the Corporate Policies update process;
Review Adobe contracts templates to ensure anti-corruption terms are current;
Conduct investigative analyses of expense report issues, prepare related data for investigator's use, and assist with further investigation as needed;
Analyze corruption laws and risks and present conclusions;
Learn and work in online tools used by the Compliance team;
Actively participate in other compliance projects as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed

Experience with Microsoft suite
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
