The Opportunity
HR Technology team is seeking an enthusiastic, creative problem solver who is at the intersection of Business, Human psychology, and technology to help define the future of talent marketplace, skills based framework and technology platform to support internal and external talent at Adobe.
All 2024 Adobe interns will be 'co-located hybrid. This means that interns will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but in-office schedules will be flexible and determined by team. All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed.
What You'll Do
The intern will help define how the current generation and future generation of Talent is seeking talent opportunities in the global talent marketplace. Research how Adobe should use a technology platform that is based on a skills framework around mapping the demand and supply of the talent and skills to help get the right internal and external talent to their career and personal goals and ambition and help Adobe achieve its business goals. The intern will help us understand what the future talent pipeline is looking for as it relates to developing and growing skills and define the experiences that the future talent is looking for as they are seeking job opportunities. This position expects elements of research, experience design, and HR technology awareness to be able to contribute to the success of the project.
What You Need to Succeed
Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Masters or Under grad degree in business, technology, human resource, or psychology.
Ability to participate in a full time internship between May-September
Ability to conduct independent research and effectively summarize information and make recommendations grounded in data and feedback
Ability to analyze existing data, categorize data, map data related to skills
Eager to learn and understand technology platform in the Human Resource area especially around talent management, skills development, talent intelligence platforms
Course work around use of AI and Gen AI tools in the Human Resource, business or Tech industry area preferred
Clear verbal and written communication skills, able to present information in clear, concise manner.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $45.00 -- $55.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
