The Opportunity
Work alongside the Strategy and Operations team members and Customer Success leaders on a variety of projects to build out and execute high-impact initiatives to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies for the Digital Experience Customer Success organization. Our Customer Success Managers take pride in our proactive approach of driving innovation in how we drive results for our customers! Our goal is to delight our customers and to make doing business with Adobe easy and rewarding.
All 2024 Adobe interns will be 'co-located hybrid'. This means that interns will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but in-office schedules will be flexible and determined by team. All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed.
What You'll Do
Work with global CSM and other Strategy teams on key strategic projects
Contribute to meeting team quarterly KPI goals (E.G. retention, satisfaction and value realization)
What You Need to Succeed
Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Bachelorsdegree in Marketing, Business or similar field required
Ability to participate in a full time internship between May -September2024
Graduating between December 2024 - June 2025
Fluency in English
Positive Growth Mindset with confidence to share ideas and collaborate
Creative, curious, critical problem solver who is customer centric
Highly responsive and professional communicator - both written and spoken
Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility with a desire to operate as part of a team
Hungry for continued learning and comfortable learning new tools
Must have excellent presentation skills
Quick to establish relationships
Diligent,organized,and able to handle multiple projects/tasks & ability to work independently
Comfortable working with remote team members most of the time using video conference
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
Comfortable learning new tools (we will provide training if needed)
Ability to work independently once initial project is defined

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
