Department Description:
The Immunology and Inflammation Therapeutic Area in Sanofi is composed of a world-class immunology team that is aiming to deliver medicine to transform the lives of patients in the fields of dermatology, respirology, rheumatology, and gastroenterology. We work relentlessly to identify and validate new first-in-class, best-in-class molecules to address highly unmet medical needs as well as extend our understanding of the underlying mechanisms of disease through dedicated research.
Responsibilities:
Complete a project specially designed to your interest and stretches your skills, bringing value to the organization (The project will be designed upon entry - we want to meet your goals)
Opportunity to present status updates and end-of-program accomplishments to the Senior Leadership Team
Gain insights to different roles and functions within the Rare Disease Team
Attend & actively participate in internship group meetings, discussions, and events
Basic qualifications:
Candidate must be currently enrolled in the INROADS Program.
A strong desire and motivation to develop a career as a future leader
Must be working towards a Bachelor's degree in MAJOR, and/or combination of MAJOR and MAJOR at an accredited universitywith plans to graduate in 2022
Must have permanent US work authorization
Loves to learn in different ways to stretch and adapt beyond current comfort zone
Demonstrates leadership skills and the ability to work effectively on a team
Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
Proactively takes action to create added value
Strong organizational and time management skills - knows how to prioritize
