The division helps firm and business unit management with strategic direction in employee recruiting, retention, development, and compensation, ensuring compliance with the local laws and regulations. HR Business Partners provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a range of HR related topics, such as compensation, performance management and employee relations.
Job brief
We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our Frankfurt HR department's daily activities.
Your responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening applications, scheduling interviews and keeping our HR Intranet up to date.
Ultimately, you will assist in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures.

Enrolled in a Bachelor's / Master's degree (business or humanities) or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degree programmesFirst experience in the HR department of a bank, in industry or consulting is an advantageGood analytical skills and independent working styleVery good Excel and PowerPoint skillsCuriosity, determination, and ability to work in a teamStrong communication skills in English and German
