The Quality Engineer team is responsible for driving continuous improvement in the quality of Dell systems, solutions, peripherals, and software as experienced by our customers. The Quality Engineer works with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supplier Quality and Product Support to ensure that Dell delivers high quality products and processes to customers. Additional responsibilities include ensuring quality goals and performance measurements are met.

What you'll achieve
The Engineering Rotation Program provides you a fast-paced, dynamic organization in a supportive environment that encourages learning and growth. The program consists of 3 rotations, each 12-months long, to offer you the ability to learn across different projects, solutions, and technical deliverables needed to bring our products to market. Built into the program are key opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing, and career progression.
As a Quality Engineer, you will drive improvements through product and process quality. In addition, you will manage cross-functional quality improvements focused on robust design, supplier quality and diagnostic capability regarding our desktop/ laptop/ peripheral products.
You will:
Be supported by technical subject matter experts, mentors and peer advisors that will provide day-to-day support, grow your Dell network, and assimilate you into the Dell and CSG cultureComplete the rotation program with a deeper understanding of the CSG Engineering portfolio, accelerated technical expertise, and the ability to align your passions to your future career at DellDrive quality improvements by eliminating sources of defects in the design, supplier, new product introduction and processes.Utilize product and process lessons learned to drive preventative actions and improvement plans.

Essential Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Technology or Computer Science related fields and expect to graduate between February 2022 to December 2023Strong interpersonal and communication skills that will make you a great collaborator in a global team environmentGood analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliar with big data analysis or quality tools such as DFMEA, SPC and CLCA are plus.
Desirable Requirements
Internship experience in a technology related fieldParticipation in roles outside of the classroom
