　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Build, deploy, configure, and maintain Workforce platforms for Optum Collaborate with other Enablement Support staff to monitor production environments with primary focus on the Optum Orange instances Responsible for troubleshooting and fixing any workforce related issues Manage technical projects (build, plan, document, train) and documents for future onboarded teams Follow change management process and participate in off-hours maintenance windows Participate in on-call rotation Process and maintain permissions roles (Windows/Active Directory/Secure) for Employees, Supervisors, and Managers

　　Required Qualifications:

　　High School Diploma/ GED (or Higher) 2+ years of experience in a Workforce Contact Center Platform (or similar telephonic systems) 2+ years of experience with Call Center Workforce practices Intermediate proficiency with SQL (database structure & executing queries) Advanced proficiency in Excel/Word, basic knowledge of Smartsheet Ability to work 8:00am-5:00pm central hours

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Verint software experience - configuration and administration NICE Software Experience Technical experience with Windows and Active Directory system administration

　　Soft Skills:

　　Exceptional interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
