　　Reads and writes SQL queries and has worked with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, and Kanban;

　　Engages with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop ecosystems (i.e., HDFS, MapReduce, Hive and Spark);Works with large data volumes, transforming data using windows functions such as CONCAT, COALESCE, CASE, TO_STRING, etc. to create complex calculated field logic in Prism;Combines and transforms datasets using joins, group bys, filters, unions, etc.;Collaborates with clients to identify, define and clarify technical requirements into actionable development plan that conforms to best practices;Uses complex case experience that involve reporting and analytics to provide clients with the most optimal solution as well as has experience on data analysis role, reporting and analytics role in Workday or similar ERP's;

　　Engages with 3rd parties such as upstream or downstream application teams, business line SME's, cross-functional workstreams, etc. as appropriate to uncover any dependencies, risks, and coordinate testing scenarios/plans; Partners with a testing team to create testing strategies, scenarios and acceptance criteria to validate the requirements are met; Establishes identified defects are resolved in a timely fashion during testing phases; Exhibits significant Financials (FINS) reporting/analytics experience in a fast-paced Hi-Tech Environment, preferably in the Workday space;Showcases proven experience of delivering support to a global user population;

　　Works across a distributed technical landscape to design, develop, test and support Prism Analytics solutions;Provides industry knowledge and best practices of Workday HCM Core business processes;Participates in client discussions and meetings while presenting to groups virtually and in person;Prepares concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;Creates an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;

　　Answers questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and,Provides timely meaningful written and verbal feedback skills.
