In this role you will support the suite of internal and outbound Workday integrations that are required for countries using Workday Payroll and third party payroll/benefit providers.
As a member of the Workday Integration team you will be responsible for the analysis, configuration, and maintenance of Workday Integrations in line with the GSK change management processes.
Workday Integration Specialist - Workday Payroll
Key Responsibilities:
PayrollStrong knowledge of HR systems, data and processes across Compensation, Talent, Recruitment, HCM, Security/Access Management, Workday PayrollKnowledge of payroll cycles i.e. managing 3rd party payroll impacts, payroll completion and global ledger processes using Workday PayrollExperience of troubleshooting, changing and stabilising changes and processes in WorkdayWorkday IntegrationExperience of requirements gathering, building, testing, deploying and supporting BAU integration changes across a range of Workday Product Towers (i.e. Recruitment, Talent, Workday payroll) to Third Party Providers or internal downstream systemsAn understanding of supporting Workday Payslip Integrations via retrieval and/or API connectorExperience of working in a high volume, high demand BAU team to deliver on a variety of integration solutionsAn understanding of security protocols for encryption and authentication Why You?
Basic Qualifications : Minimum BS/BA in computer science or related technical discipline.Knowledge of Workday's integration tool set including Connectors, Studio, XSLT and Document TransformHaving completed the Workday Training course(s) including:- Report Writer Calculated Fields
