Pathways to Community (PTC) is looking for an experienced manager with 245D and CRS licensing experience to help lead our residential services department (CRS and IHS locations).
In this role, you would be overseeing the program managers. Each manager oversees three to four program sites, who in turn support the site's supervisor and front-line team. In addition, you would be responsible for ensuring the residential services department is operating at or above compliance with licensing standards and company policies.
This position was created to provide an extra layer of management and administrative support to the residential services department. So, while the hours of the position are primarily Monday through Friday, it is subject to flexible hours including split shifts, varied days and time that can include mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights, depending on the coverage needs of the organization. The General Manager is expected to be available by phone and emails throughout the entire week to support and problem solve.
The following qualification are required to be eligible for consideration:
Qualify as a Designated Coordinator and/or Designated Manager per MN Statute 245D.
Strong knowledge of MN Statutes 245A, 245C, and 245D.
Two years of management experience, especially in a disability setting.
Able to pass a background study through DHS/Net Study 2.0.
Possess a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
Able to read, write, and speak English at a level that meets the performance requirements.
