Job Description
Warehouse stock management
Collect stock taking document/ stock confirmation from 60+ OE warehouses ( RDC + TWA) to monitor Conti owned stock
Cross check on accuracy of physical stock taking qty & daily stock qty to avoid any physical stock loss and financial loss
Warehouse contract management
Regular review on warehouse database, ensure a sufficient and complete contract documentation for all RDC and TWA warehouses in use.
Monitoring on contract expiring date, early notification to purchasing/ OE team to ensure re-tendering or contract extension in due time.
Regular alignment with internal AM/KAM to forecast new SOP project and new warehouse requirement
Logistics operation support
Leading ETO/PTO delivery based on AE & customer OEM's request
Support on urgent shipment tracking, both domestic and international shipment , to ensure tires are delivered on customer request
Document daily logistics complaint, supporting on action plan follow up to consciously improve transportation performance
Support on logistics cost analyzing & verification by TMS report
Warehouse & Logistics Payment management
Ensure invoice payment are all agreed by signed contract or internal approved Esign
Invoice payment status check via alignment with internal approver, plant accounting and external service provider to avoid payment delay.
Other assigned task related to supply chain daily operation

Qualifications
Around 3 years working experience in supply chain/ customer service-related region / Import & export
Preferred experience in auto industry, intercultural team/organization
Good excel, PPT skills. Power BI knowledge preferred
Detail Oriented, well experience in data collecting & data analyzing
