About the Role:
Health-E Commerce is looking for a Vice President & General Manager - Strategic Partnerships whose primary objective will be executing on our strategy to expand share of wallet by providing consumer solutions through external partnerships and expanded product and services offerings.
This pivotal new role will report into our Senior Vice President of Operations, and the responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Specific responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for external partnerships to drive share of wallet, traffic and conversions Cultivate and manage relationships with current affiliate vendors and develop new ones beneficial to our strategy Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate affiliate activities into broader strategies Maintain an awareness of the Market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry development and opportunities to innovate and differentiate our offering Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement Work closely with Merchandising, Marketing & E-Commerce to align affiliate activities with broader business goals What you’ll need:
Minimum of 10+ years relevant experience in e-commerce, DTC or B2B Minimum of 5+ years experience in a senior-level role within Merchandising or Marketing, with a specific focus on external programs Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and external partnership best practices Experience building and launching a new product/service from concept to commercial reality Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, cross-functional peers and the workforce Bachelor’s degree
Compensation: $180,000 - $195,000
Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility: 25%
