　　Based in Dubai, as a Visual Renderer you’ll have an opportunity to create visually stunning and immersive renderings for Oxagan Port which is a visionary waterfront development that harmoniously blends modernity, sustainability, and natural beauty. Nestled along the pristine coastline, you will be able to showcase the design and overall vision of the Oxagan Port development.

　　Make a difference and create realistic and visually captivating representations that will be used for presentations to the client and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional rendering skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring designs intention to life.

　　You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the project team, including designers, and stakeholders, to understand the Project design and vision for the Oxagan Port development.

　　Additional responsibilities are:

　　Create high-quality, realistic renderings that accurately depict the architectural designs, landscapes, infrastructure, and urban environments of Oxagan Port.

　　Build model in Rhino, Sketchup, Revit, or equivalent, for concept design or visualization purpose.

　　Take the BIM model as a basis and Utilize industry-leading rendering software, such as Enscape, Twinmotion, Unreal, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or equivalent, to produce visually captivating images, animations, or virtual tours that showcase the project's features, aesthetics, and ambiance.

　　Apply advanced lighting, shading, and texturing techniques to enhance the realism and visual appeal of the renderings.

　　Collaborate with the design team to provide input and feedback on design concepts, materials, and visual aesthetics to ensure accurate representation and alignment with the project's vision.

　　Stay updated on the latest rendering trends, technologies, and software tools to continually enhance rendering capabilities and output quality.

　　Manage multiple rendering projects simultaneously, ensuring the delivery of high-quality renderings within designated timelines.

　　Maintain organized documentation and files of renderings, project details, and specifications to facilitate effective communication and collaboration with the team.

　　Work closely with the marketing and communications team to provide renderings and visual assets for promotional materials, presentations, and marketing campaigns related to Oxagan Port.

　　Here's What You'll Need:

　　As a successful candidate you will have a bachelor’s degree in architecture, computer graphics, or a related field. You will have experience as a Visual Renderer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional rendering skills and a focus on design visualization. You will be able to demonstrate your proficiency in industry-standard rendering software, such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, or equivalent. Understand the workflow of utilizing BIM model in the rendering process. It is a great opportunity to exhibit your solid understanding of lighting, shading, texturing, and composition principles to create visually appealing and realistic renderings. You will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately translate designs into visually captivating representations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work within cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders. It’s essential that you have strong time management skills and the ability to meet project deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality. Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) technologies is advantageous.
