ViiV is seeking two experienced, results-driven professionals for the positions of Community Engagement Directors (West & Northeast). The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment and work within the local community to drive performance for launch brand. Additionally, the abilities to partner cross-functionally and to remain highly adaptable in a launch context will be critical. It is expected that the successful candidates will have demonstrated experience leading a diverse team and in developing strategic business plans with specific, measurable, action-oriented objectives. Successful outcomes, partnering with local community organizations, and being aligned to ViiV's mission of leaving no person with HIV behind. This will be achieved through driving results against business objectives and working effectively within an integrated account management framework. The Community Engagement Directors will report up to the Director of Community Engagement-HIV Prevention.

Managing a Performance and Engagement CultureSupport Recruiting, hiring and developing high performing team of Community Engagement Specialists. Support partnerships with marketing and training to design content and tactics aligned to CES deliverables.Support team vision to create an environment of engagement and accountabilityFoster established coaching culture and demonstrated situational leadership to maximize performance and development of each individual and deliver exceptional results for the teamImplement corrective action as appropriate to meet business needs and improve performanceManaging the Business and Driving PerformanceSuccessfully lead a regional team of Community Engagement Specialists (CES) accountable to identify, target, and execute business by working within the local community to educate and sell prevention products. Partner with local sales first line leader to identify and lead community-related initiatives that align to augmenting territory level sales in partnership.
